This single-day, beachfront celebration brings together tropical rock enthusiasts, locals, and visitors alike to enjoy great music while supporting a powerful mission of giving back.

The Inspiring Story Behind “And We Give”

Last year’s inaugural festival was born out of a community emergency: a mission to “phundraise” for beloved local musician Rain Jaudon after his vital entertainment equipment was stolen. Following that massive success, Rain decided to permanently pay it forward. He founded “And We Give,” a Mississippi-registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Today, this charity acts as a critical safety net, providing emergency financial relief, resource connection, and support to local artists and musicians who are facing unexpected hardships.
